Returns
Unwanted items will need to be returned at your own cost. All products will need to be returned in a resalable condition and will need to be in its original, undamaged packaging. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in the care of the courier, you will receive a dispatch email. The order is then unable to be amended. If an order is cancelled after dispatch or the delivery is refused, there will be a flat rate charge of £40 per pallet for the order to be returned to us.

Damages
Please make sure to inspect your delivery thoroughly upon receipt. If you notice any visible signs of damage, please sign for the delivery as 'damaged' and take photographs. Please note that any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
